1. Division Manager (1)

AO in Economic, Management, Business Administration, Administrative sciences, strategic management, public Finance, Accounting, Human resource management, development studies with 5 years of working experience or Master's degree in Economics, Management, Business Administration, public Administration, strategic management public Finance, Accounting, Human resource management, development studies with 3 years of working experience.

2. Local Revenue Accountant (1)

AO in Accounting, Finance, Management with specialization in Finance / Accounting or Professional Qualification recognised by IFAC (ACCA, CPA, etc).

3. Secretary to Finance Unit (1)

A1 in Secretariat Studies, Office Management or AO in Public Administration, Administrative Sciences, Management, Sociology and Social Work, Law.

Key Technical Skills & Knowledge required:

-       Knowledge of Office Administration;

-       Communication Skills;

-       Computer Skills;

-       Interpersonal Skills;

-       Organizational Skills;

-       Stress Management Skills;

-       Time Management Skills;

-       Book keeping Skills;

-       Fluent in Kinyarwanda, English and/ or French; knowledge of all is an advantage

4. Itorero Coordination and Community Mobilisation Officer (1)

AO in Political Sciences, Public Administration, Administrative Sciences, Social works, History, Sociology, Education Sciences, Linguistic and Literature.

Key Technical Skills & Knowledge required:

-       Extensive knowledge in Itorero Coordination and Community Mobilisation

-       Good knowledge of government policy-making processes;

-       Analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

-       Organizational Skills;

-       Communication Skills;

-       High analytical Skills;

-       Complex Problem Solving;

-       Time management Skills;

-       Team working Skills;

-       Fluent in Kinyarwanda;

-       English and/ or French; knowledge of all is an advantage

5. Construction Permitting Team Leader (1)

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, Urban Management, Civil Engineering; Construction, Public Works with at least 2 years of working experience;

6. District civil Engineer (1)

AO in Architecture, Civil Engineering.

7. Professional in charge of Health and Sanitation at sector level (10)

AO in Public Health, Health sciences, Community Health, Clinical Psychology, Hygiene and Sanitation, Environmental Health Sciences, Hospital Administration

8. Animal Resources Officer at sector level (5)

AO /AI in Veterinary Science, Animal sciences, Animal Medical Sciences or A2 in Veterinary Sciences, Livestock or Medical Animal Sciences with 5 years of working experience.

 Key Technical Skills and Knowledge Required:

-       Knowledge of Rwanda's Agriculture sector policies and strategies;

-       Deep understanding and knowledge of the Rwandan and regional context for agribusiness development;

-       Computer Skills;

-       Organizational Skills;

-       Communication Skills;

-       High analytical Skills;

-       Complex Problem Solving;

-       Time management Skills;

-       Team working Skills;

-       Fluency in Kinyarwanda, English and/or French, knowledge of all is an advantage

9. Land administrator (1)

AO in Land Administration, Law, Public Administration, Administrative Sciences, Rural Settlement or Bachelor of Sciences.

-       Judgment & Decision Making Skills;
