Dr. Kizza Besigye has been arrested by Police when attempted to force
his way out of his home in Kasangati. Dr Kiiza Besigye (C) being arrested recently.
Besigye has been put behind bars at Naggalama police station
Besigye was slated to start his campaign rallies at to seek support
as the FDC flag bearer at Kasangati playground at 11 am and later to
Kawempe at 4pm.
