Tuzagenda tubibagezaho cyane ariko uyu munsi twahereye kubiribwa
byagufasha kubyibuha (niba nabyita kugufasha kuko kubyibuha atari byiza
ubusanzwe.
Twabahitiyemo ibiribwa buri bese ashobora kuba yabona hafi ye byoroshye:
1. IFIRITI
Ifiriti iri mu byingenzi bituma tubyibuha vuba!
Ifiriti ni ibiryo biboneka vuba kandi bitwarika kuburyo byoroshera
abantu bose kubibona (iranahendutse) ariko ubushakashatsi bwakozwe

2. VOKA (Avocat)

Voka ni ibiribwa bikungahaye mu mavuta (fat) ashobora kongera
umubyibuho ariko sibyiza iyo yabaye menshi mu mubiri. Voka ime
iringaniye iba irimo amagarama 30 y’amavuta (fat). Fata voka uyivange
n’ibiryo cyangwa se uyishyire mu mugati , nibyiza cyane.
3. AMA KEKE , HUMBERGER, N’IBINDI BISA NABYO

4. AMAFI

5. Amavuta akomoka ku bihingwa

Aya ni ya mavuta aba yanditseho ‘Vegetable oil’ , akomoka mu bimera ,
akungahaye cyane ku mavuta (fat) atuma umubyibuho wiyongera.
